Contact
Everything reaches hello@threesixtyinteractive.cc. There is no web form here on purpose: a form that posts nowhere is worse than no form, and a form that posts somewhere quietly collects an IP address and a browser fingerprint you did not agree to hand over.
Anything about the studio, a title, or an interview. We aim to reply within five business days.
Email usAccess, correction, deletion, or a complaint about how we handled personal information. Put "Privacy" in the subject line. Answered within 30 days.
Email usDevice model, operating system version, the title, and what you were doing when it broke. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
Email usCopyright claims, trade mark matters, and formal notices. Put "Legal" in the subject line so it is not triaged as support.
Email usWhat happens next
Five business days for a substantive reply. If a question needs longer we will say so within those five days rather than going quiet.
Thirty days, which is the period Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13 set for access and correction. If we need to verify who you are first, that happens inside the thirty days, not on top of it. If we refuse a request, we will give you written reasons and tell you how to complain.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled a privacy complaint, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992. You do not need our permission and there is no charge.
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter, then for a further period where a statutory record-keeping obligation applies. We do not add correspondents to a marketing list. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Identity
A studio this size cannot staff a phone line during business hours without either missing calls or pretending someone is there. Email is answered by a person and leaves both sides a record of what was said.
If a matter genuinely needs a call, say so in your first email and we will arrange one.
