The studio
360 DEGREES INTERACTIVE PTY LTD makes mobile games in New South Wales. The brief is deliberately narrow: short sessions, one thumb, no account, and no mechanic whose job is to make leaving feel expensive.
Why short
Most mobile games are built to be resumed. Streaks, daily rewards, energy that refills while you are away, a timer that punishes you for closing the app. Those mechanics work, in the narrow sense that they raise retention numbers. They also mean the game has a claim on your attention after you have stopped playing.
We design for the other case. A game you open in a queue, finish, and close, with nothing owed in either direction. That constraint decides almost everything downstream: rounds are ninety seconds or less, progress commits at the end of every round, and there is no state that decays while the app is shut.
It is a smaller market than the alternative. We would rather build in it than build the other thing.
Positions
These are the calls that get quietly reversed once a title is earning. Ours sit on a public page, in plain words, so they can be held against us.
If money changes hands, you will know exactly what you are getting before you pay. This also keeps us clear of the disclosure obligations both app stores apply to randomised items, and of the ongoing Australian policy debate about whether such items amount to gambling.
Sign in exists only to carry progress between devices, and it is optional for the whole life of a title. A game that demands an email address before the first round is collecting a contact, not authenticating a player.
Our games carry advertising, because they are free. Personalised advertising is off unless you turn it on, on both platforms, and turning it back off does not remove any feature. What is collected either way is set out in the privacy policy.
Where a title has accounts at all, deleting the account is available inside the app and by email, and it removes the data rather than flagging it. Both Apple and Google now require an in-app route, and we would rather over-serve that requirement than argue about it.
Company
Everything below is on a public Australian register and can be checked without asking us.
Australian Securities and Investments Commission records hold the ACN. Everything hanging off the ABN — its current status, the entity type, whether GST is registered — sits on the Australian Business Register, searchable at abr.business.gov.au without signing up for anything.
Should something here contradict what a register says, believe the register and then tell us, because one of the two needs fixing and it will not be theirs. The address is hello@threesixtyinteractive.cc.
